On or around Feb 1, 2024, client reached out requesting help. On February 14th, she was transported by the foundation to a detox facility, and referred to a residential treatment facility post detox. Referral was also made for sober living post treatment.
On Feb 9, 2024, Client #2 reached out requiring support for transportation to a treatment facility. A ride was provided on behalf of the foundation for a 90 day residential treatment program. A referral was made for sober living post treatment.
On Feb 2, 2024, Client #3 had a family
member reach out for help post treatment. The family member was placed into Kyle’s House sober living facility.
On Feb 8, 2024, Client #4 reached out from requiring treatment for substance abuse and prenatal care. Client worked with foundation team and was placed into a treatment facility specializing in pregnancy and substance abuse.
On February 8th, a Peer Support program reached out requesting treatment for Client #5. Client worked with the foundation team, was referred to a detox facility and residential treatment facility, and transported by our team to said facilities.
On Feb 10, 2024, Client #6 reached out for support requiring residential treatment centers that accept clients with no insurance. The Foundation answered questions and continues to support. Foundation will refer to a detox and residential facility when client is ready.
On Feb 10, 2024, the family of Client #7 reached out needing placement into an Intensive Outpatient Program. The client was referred to a local facility and currently attends IOP. Foundation will continue to offer support to the family and the client throughout treatment.
On Feb 11, 2024, Client #8 reached out to the foundation needing placement into treatment with no insurance. Client was placed into a residential treatment center. Transportation was provided by the foundation.
On or around Feb 11, 2024, Client #9 reached out for help being placed into residential treatment from a jail facility. The foundation placed Client into a detox and residential facility and helped organize transport, as well as provide documentation to Client’s attorney for a proper transition process.
On Feb 12, 2024, Client #10 reached out requesting treatment with no insurance. Foundation provided resources to obtain health insurance, and helped aid family in finding residential treatment.
On February 13, Client #11 reached out requesting treatment and housing. The foundation referred him to a detox facility and a residential facility post treatment, as well as offered transport. The foundation will then provide sober living post treatment.
